Welcome to Raiddeva.com, the official website for “The Raid” and Idea Fortress Media Group, LLC, referred to as “IF Media”.  Please read this Terms of Use Agreement; by using this website, you accept its terms.

This Terms of Use Agreement applies to all of the websites where it is posted. Those websites are referred to collectively in this Terms of Use as "IF Media Sites" or “IF Media Music Sites”.  Content appearing on collective sites are sometimes referred to as “IF Media Content”.  Additional terms and conditions may apply to some services offered on IF Media Sites. Such terms and conditions may be found at the place where the relevant service is offered, usually marked as a hyperlink located at the bottom of the web page. 

USE OF CONTENT FROM RAIDDEVA.COM AND OTHER IF MEDIA MUSIC SITES

“The Raid” is a Trademark of Idea Fortress Media Group, LLC/ All Rights Reserved. Songs, video files as well as articles, photographs, images, illustrations, or other content provided on the IF Media Music Sites are collectively, “IF Media Content”. Duplication and distribution of IF Media Content solely for personal, non-commercial and/or home-use, is granted by Idea Fortress Media Group, LLC.  Unauthorized commercial usage or sales of IF Media Content is a violation of applicable laws.  All rights not expressly granted to you in this section are reserved to IF Media, and/or its business partners, affiliates, licensors or the party credited as the provider of such content appearing on Raiddeva.com and other IF Media Music Sites. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading or printing copyrighted or trademarked IF Media Content as permitted by these Terms of Use. Modification of IF Media Content or use of IF Media Content for any purpose other than personal and/or non-commercial use is a violation of the respective owners' copyrights and other proprietary rights. The use of any such material on any other web site or networked computer environment for commercial use is strictly prohibited without proper permission from Idea Fortress Media Group, LLC.

All IF Media Content is protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property rights that are owned and controlled by IF Media. The entire contents of all Raiddeva.com are also copyrighted as a collective work under the United States and other international copyright laws, and the selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of such content are protected by copyright.  All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to IF Media. Elements of IF Media Sites are protected by trade dress and other laws and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part.

We also wanted to make clear that certain recorded music may be subject to the Recording Industry Association of America ("RIAA") "Parental Advisory Label.”  The RIAA assigns the Parental Advisory Label to an entire album and not the individual songs on the album. All individual songs from such labeled albums will be labeled as "explicit" within Raiddeva.com and other IF Media Music Sites. IF Media shall have no liability or responsibility to you for any content or materials which may be available in connection with the IF Media Music Sites that you might find objectionable.

If IF Media receives a notice alleging that you have engaged in behavior that infringes IF Media or other's intellectual property rights, or reasonably suspects the same, IF Media may suspend or terminate your account without notice to you. If IF Media suspends or terminates your account under this paragraph, it shall have no liability or responsibility to you.  You agree that IF Media has the right, without liability to you, to disclose any Registration Data and/or Account information to law enforcement authorities, government officials, and/or a third party, as IF Media believes is reasonably necessary or appropriate to enforce and/or verify compliance with any part of this Agreement (including but not limited to IF Media’s right to cooperate with any legal process relating to your use of the IF Media Music Sites, and/or a third party claim that your use of the IF Media Music Sites is unlawful and/or infringes such third party’s rights).

The material that appears on Raiddeva.com is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Despite our efforts to provide useful and accurate information, errors may appear from time to time. Before you act on information you've found on the Raiddeva.com, you should confirm any facts that are important to your decision. IF Media and its information providers make no warranty as to the reliability, accuracy, timeliness, usefulness or completeness of the information on Raiddeva.com.
